Disk space is determined by your hosting package. Your available space is relevant to the amount of website files and emails you have on the server plus the size of any MySQL databases. So if your hosting package has 500 megs total and your site is 50 meg and you have a 50 meg database and 100 megs of saved email, you have approximately 300 megs of available disk space left.
