Q: How often do you backup my website?

A: We do a complete server backup every 7 days. This backs up all SMB client websites and databases. These backups are not for restoring an individual website though, that is up to you by using the backup tools in Cpanel. Our backups are more for disaster recovery, in case of hardware or hard drive failure. SMB recommends you back up your site and database if applicable, after every major change you make. In other words, if you accidentally delete your site and have no backup, we cannot restore it for you.
